3 # ground beef
1/2 c finely chopped onion
3/4 c quick cooking oats
3/4 c milk
1/2 c catsup
1 egg
Sauce
1 c catsup
1/2 c water
3 t Worcestershire sauce
6 T finely chopped onion
3 t vinegar
3 t sugar

Directions:
Mix together ingredients for hamburger patties. Form into patties and brown on both sides. Mix sauce ingredients together. Layer burgers and sauce together in roaster. Bake at 325º for 2 hours with tight fitting lid. Add water if they get too dry. I usually double or triple the sauce recipe.
