1 can black beans; well drained
1 can pinto beans; well drained
1 can corn; well drained
1 c chopped celery
½ c chopped green pepper
½ c chopped red pepper
½ chopped onion
2 chopped jalapenos
Dressing:
¾ c vegetable oil
½ c cider vinegar
½ c sugar
1 t salt
½ t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except dressing ingredients; set aside. Combine dressing ingredients and bring to a boil; cool. Pour over bean mixtures and refrigerate; serve with chips.
