1 3/4 cup water
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
2 1/4 cup mashed potato flakes
5 tbsp. grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Add water, 3 tbsp. butter and salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add milk, stir in 2 cups of potato flakes and 4 tbsp. cheese until fluffy. Put in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Combine 1/4 cup flakes, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cheese and paprika, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 mins.
