1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. heavy cream
7 T. sweetened condensed milk
6 1/2 T. evaporated milk
1/4 t. vanilla
1 1/2 t. ground ginger
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. ground nutmeg
pinch ground clove
pinch salt
2 eggs
1 egg yolk

9 in pie pan

Bake pie shell at 350º 45 min.
Lower oven to 325º.
Med. saucepan, mix pumpkin and sugar. Cook over med. heat, stir freq, until reduced and thick, about 15-20 min. Remove from heat and whisk in cream, milks, spices, salt, eggs and yolk. Pour into shell and bake until set about 45 to 55 min.
Cool and serve.
