3 ou. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cube butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2-1 c. nuts*optional

Directions:
Let butter stand until soft (room temp.) Combine all ingredients in a sturdy zip lock bag. Pass the fudge around the room and let everybody take a turn in squishing the mixture. When mixed, roll fudge into quarter size logs on wax paper. Refrigerate logs ( or cool in the freezer) for 1/2 to 1 hour. Cut logs into 1/4 in" thick rounds and serve. Use dental floss or thread looped around the log to cut it. WONDERFUL STUFF!!

My step-son Greg Wiggins made this a lot as a teenager.
