Ingredients:
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans corn, drained
1/3 medium sweet onion
1/3 green bell pepper, chopped
2 small hot jalapeņo peppers, seeded and minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Pinch ground cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine the corn, onion, bell pepper, hot peppers, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
