Grandma’s Dressing

1 skillet of cornbread
1 pan of biscuits
3 ribs of celery
1 large onion
3 large eggs
1 quart or two cans of chicken broth
˝ stick of butter
Black pepper and sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Crumble breads, and dice celery and onion. Place the onion, celery, and broth on the stove top . Cook until tender. Then pour over the bread crumbs. Mix together.
Add ˝ stick of butter and the eggs. Season the dressing with salt, pepper and sage to taste. Add 1 cup of water to make the dressing most and soft.

Spray pan and let the dressing set overnight. Cook for 30 minutes on 350 degrees until dressing is brown.

Note: If chicken stock is greasy no butter is needed.
