Mississippi Pecan Pie Recipe

1c. of dark corn or cane syrup
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 c of pecans coarsely broken
3/4 c. of sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil syrup and sugar together about two minutes. Pour slowly over eggs, stirring well. Add butter, vanilla and nuts.
Turn into unbaked pie shell
Bake the pie at 350 degrees, 50 minutes or until done. The pie will be completely puffed across the top.
