Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 regular sized pkg. carrots (washed & peeled)
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the carrots. Mix mayo and powdered sugar together. Add drained pineapple and raisins to carrots. Stir in mayo mixture. It will get a little bit juicy. The juice will help plump up the raisins if you let the salad sit in the fridge overnight. If you still have extra juice, you can just drain it. I usually use more like a whole cup of powdered sugar. The sweeter, the better.
