3 - 8 oz soft cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 8 oz sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Strawberry Jam (any flavor you would like to use)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into baking cups. Fill 1/3 full. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350º. Let set for 5 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla add to top of cup cakes, add 1/2 tsp. strawberry jam and bake 5 minutes longer.

I got this recipe from Molly when Sheryl was in college. I remembered her making them for some function at Sheryl's sorority was doing. This recipe also states that it was from Vicki.
