"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sift together flour & baking soda and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar,& white sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in eggs & vanilla.
Blend in the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips & nuts.
Chill in freezer for 20 min.
* After dough has chilled roll into round ball and press a rolo or reeses into the center!
Roll into round balls, this prevents flattening, and put on un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 min. till edges are golden brown. * cook less for more gooey, and for longer if your the crispy type.

Personal Notes:
I asked Jessica for this recipe after she brought chocolate chip rollo filled cookies to a family party, she got this recipe while working for a bakery, and it's dang good!!
-Customize by using chocolate, banana cream, butterscotch, or other flavors of instant pudding.
- Can also switch it up by using peanut butter, butter scotch or white chocolate chips, toffee bits, raisins, craisins, m&m's, etc..
