10 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint small curd, cottage cheese
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) can large green chilies; rinsed, seeded and diced

Directions:

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Beat eggs in large bowl with electric mixer until lemon colored. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
