Italian Seasoning:
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Chips:
(1/4 in. thick) diagonally cut French Bread baguette slices
Enough Olive Oil for brushing chips, about 1/4 c.

Preheat oven to 375º. To prepare Italian seasoning, combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. To prepare chips, arrange the bread slices on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Brush olive oil on bread chips. Sprinkle 4 tsps Italian Seasoning over bread. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes or until crisp.
