1 c. sugar 1 stick margarine or butter
4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
1 can (15 oz) Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour (all purpose) 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

For Frosting:
1 c. sugar 6 TBSP margarine (or butter)
6 TBSP milk 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine or butter. Beat in remainder of ingredients. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake in 375º oven for 20-30 minutes (Do not overbake).
For Frosting: In a saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk. Bring to a boil, boil 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Beat on high (in saucepan) with hand mixer until thick (about 7-10 minutes). Spread on warm brownies.
