1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
3/4 c. peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine egg, butter and bananas. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chips. Fill greased or paper-line muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 min. before removing from pan to a wire rack. Makes 1 dozen.
