Blueberry:
1 pint blueberries, mashed
2 Tbls. powdered fruit pectin
1/2 tsp. butter
1 cup sugar

Raspberry:
3 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbls plus 1 tsp. powdered fruit pectin

Peach:
1 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 cup sugar
2 Tbls. powdered fruit pectin
2 tsp. fresh lemon juices

Directions:
Directions:
In 12 inch skillet, heat whichever combination you like, blueberry, raspberry or peach recipe over medium high heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Stir in sugar; heat to boiling. Boil 1 minutes; remove from heat.
Pour jam into two 1/2 pint jars with tight fitting lids. Cover and refrigerate until jam is set and cold, about 6 hours. Keep jam refrigerated and use within 3 weeks.

A speedy, no fuss way to whip up a small batch (2 cups) of superfruity jam. Follow the recipe carefully; proper setting up depends on accurate measurements of all ingredients.
