3-1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. clove
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 small can (2 c. fresh cooked) pumpkin
3 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Sift first 7 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs. Mix until smooth. Place into two ungreased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 min. Do not cover while cooling on wire rack.
