Mother's Applesauce Recipe

Peel apples and cut out seeds. Quarter apples and place in sauce pan. Cover with just enough water to cover them and bring a boil.
Add sugar 1/2 to 1 cup depending on how sweet you want them. Add a touch of Cinnamon and a dash of cloves to taste!
Simmer over a low flame until the apples fall apart, mush and cook down.

Be careful that they don't stick and burn!
