4cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 lb unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 lb brown sugar
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
6 oz white chocolate, melted
3 cups chopped pecans, toasted
1 lb milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together, set aside. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Add melted white chocolate and mix all well. Gradually add dry ingredients, follow by nuts and chips. Mix well. Drop by large spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes @ 350º.
