3-4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cups rice
1 cup white wine
6 cups broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and onion. Add rice and stir for 1 minute until it is well coated. Add white wine and cook until it evaporates. Add broth a little at a time and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Cook mushrooms in olive until golden. Add garlic, white wine, salt, pepper and parsley. Add mushrooms to rice and more broth. Let it cook 1-2 minutes. Add more butter and Parmesan.
