2-1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Thoroughly grease a large-sized loaf pan. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves, nutmeg and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Add applesauce and yogurt and blend well. If batter seems dry, gradually add an additional spoonful or two of yogurt. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour. Cool on wire rack for 10 min. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely on rack.
