3 large eggs
3 cups flour
3 cups (grated) zucchini
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups nuts
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar

Directions:

Mix everything together. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350º
