1 6 oz package Chocolate pudding
3 Tbsp sugar
2 C cold milk
2 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Mix contents of pudding package with 2 tbsp of sugar and stir into 4 Tbsp of cold milk taken from the required 2 cups.
Bring rest of milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and add pudding mixture. Allow to boil again for a moment, stirring constantly. Slowly add 2 egg whites in the pudding.

This recipe was at the bottom of the page with the German Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes and Red Cabbage. Must be meant to go together. Not sure if you have to continue to cook it after adding the egg whites or not - that's all it says.
