10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, drained
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup cream
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Pita chips

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips, blend well. Pour into a greased serving dish. Bake for 20 minutes @ 400º. Serve with pita chips.
