1 cup uncooked instant rice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tablespoons brown sugar
shredded cheese (white or yellow)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice al dente and drain.
2. Add whole can of pineapple (yes, juice included), brown sugar and butter/margarine.
3. Put in greased 9x9 casserole dish and top with cooked chicken and cheese.
4. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake another 10-15 minutes uncovered.
