2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of salt
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of oil
1/4 cup of cream of tartar

Directions:
In a large sauce pan, bring water and oil to a boil, and food coloring, and then add dry ingredients, use wooden spoon to incorporate ingredients. Mixture will form soft dough and pull away from the sides of the pan. When it is cool enough, continue to knead with your hands. Give to kids and play!
