2 medium zucchini, diced, salted, peppered and fried in olive oil
3 small onions, sliced and fried in butter
2 1/2 pounds ground chuck browned with salt, touch of garlic and oregano; pour off any grease.
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare first three items according to directions above. Add tomato paste to beef mixture. Stir beef, onion, zucchini and cottage cheese together. Put into 2 quart casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
