6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Beat eggs and sugar together. Mix everything together. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
When done cut into pieces, turn, and continue to bake about 5 minutes. Turn again and repeat. Turn again and repeat. These are like biscotti.
