5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg. instant dry yeast
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor put 2 cups flour, yeast, and salt. While blending add warm water and mix for 2 minutes. Add 3 cups of flour and continue blending then add 1/2 cup at time until dough is soft but not sticky. Place in oiled bowl until dough rises (doubles). Spread on two oiled or greased cookie sheets. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise again. Add sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan or Locatelli cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Bake at 400º.
