2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. In saucepan place butter, oil, cocoa, and water and bring to a rapid boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 11 x 17 3/4 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

ICING: Melt together and bring to a rapid boil the following;
1 stick butter, 6 T. milk, and 4 T. cocoa. Remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar (1 # size), 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 c. nuts. Pour over cake when done. If icing is too thick, add milk to thin.
