bread (6-8 slices)
2lbs Mild Sausage
1-2lbs of shredded cheddar
2 cups milk
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13x9 pan, preheat oven to 350degrees

Layer bottom of pan with bread (6-8 slices)
Cook 2lbs Mild Sausage, drain, and pour over bread
Pour 1-2lbs of shredded cheddar cheese over the meat
Blend: 2 cups milk and 8 eggs - pour over cheese

Bake for 1 hours, cool 15 min before serving
