1 TBL. SALT
1 TBL. BLACK PEPPER
1 TBL. PAPRIKA
1 TBL. GARLIC POWDER
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 325 DEGREES

IN A SMALL BOWL ADD ALL THE SEASONINGS TOGETHER
RUB THE RIBS WITH THE SEASONING MIXTURE
RUB WITH THE OLIVE OIL
PLACE THE SEASONED RIBS ON A COOKIE SHEET. DO NOT COVER. PLACE IN THE OVEN AND BAKE SLOW FOR ABOUT 2 TO 2 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL THE OUTSIDE IS BROWN AND CRISPY AND THE INTERNAL TEMP. IS 180 DEGREES.
