1/2 lb. ditalini pasta
2 cans cannellini beans, undrained
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup pasta water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Puree 1 can of beans and set aside. Heat oil and garlic, saute and add pureed beans, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add second can of beans and simmer. Drain pasta and reserve 1/2 cup water. Add pasta and water to beans and stir. Drizzle with olive oil and grated cheese.
