1 lb. chicken
1 lb. asparagus
3/4 lb. pasta
butter
3/4 cup shallots
1 cup heavy cream
red pepper flakes
nutmeg
fresh tarragon leaves
1/4 lb. Gorgonzola (crumbled)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut asparagus on diagonal and blanch in salt water. Cook pasta in same water and save some water.

Cut chicken into slivers. Melt butter in pan and cook chicken. Add shallots, cream, red pepper flakes, nutmeg, tarragon, Gorgonzola, asparagus, and pasta. Toss and simmer. Add pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add water if necessary.
