cauliflower
pasta
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter or olive oil
2/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 cup cooking water
salt
pepper
1/3 cup Romano cheese
parsley or basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower and pasta together. Reserve 1/2 cup water and set aside. Brown bread crumbs in butter or oil. Heat 2/3 cup olive oil. Add garlic, hot pepper flakes, and anchovy paste. Blend well then add 1/2 cup cooking water.

Combine all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, Romano cheese and bread crumbs. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
