1 1/2 bags (16 oz each) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
12 oz. bulk pork breakfast sausage, thawed if frozen
2 large red onions, quartered and sliced
3 large ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
3/4 stick (6 Tbls) butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Put stuffing mix into a very large bowl or pot. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crumble in sausage and cook. stirring to break up clumps, 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Transfer with slotted spoon to stuffing mix. Pour off all but 1 tsp. drippings from skillet. Add onions to skillet and saute over medium high heat 8 minutes or until golden and tender. Add to bowl along with remaining ingredients; toss until evenly moistened. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º before serving.
