2 (10oz) pkg frozen strawberries thawed
1 20oz can crushed pineapple
1 6oz pkg strawberry flavored gelatin
2 Tbs lemon juice
3 bananas, chopped
1 C. chopped pecans
1 16oz carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain berries & pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough boiling water to juice to make 1 C/ liquid.; bring to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Stirring until dissolved. Put bananas, strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice in food processor for a about 20 sec to make somewhat blended. Combine Jell-O and fruit. pour half of mixture into a 11 3/4" x 7 1/2 pan and chill until set. Spoon and spread sour cream over this and then top with the remaining gelatin mixture and chill until firm.
