2 2/3 c warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp salt
3 Pkgs dry yeast
12 c Flour
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water, look for bubbles. Add in 3 c of flour and mix well. Add in 2 more c of flour and mix. Add in 7 c of flour and knead in. Let rise in a draft free place for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Put olive oil in pan. Place dough in pan and cook at 450º until brown.
