2 3/4 cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
5 bananas smashed or 3 bananas and 1/3 can of crushed pineapple
2 eggs beaten
½ cup buttermilk
2/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cube butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pans.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
Mix in another bowl – eggs, sugar, smashed bananas, buttermilk, softened butter. Add flour to mixture a little at time while mixing. Add nuts last.
Bake for 45-50 min at 350 degrees.
