4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked or canned
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter, melted

Topping

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3/4 stick margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. Mash cooked potatoes with a mixer until smooth. Beat with remaining ingredients. Place in 3 quart greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients with a fork to crumb consistency and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake uncovered. Can be prepared ahead and frozen. Thaw before cooking

I prepare half the potatoes with the crumbled topping and half with marshmallows.
