Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 - 14 oz can
Water, 1 1/2 c.
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 1 4-serving size pkg.
Bananas, 3 med.
Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp.
Whipping Cream, whipped, 2 c.
Vanilla Wafers, 36
Ground Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine condensed milk, water and pudding mix in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Cover and chill 5 minutes. Peel and slice bananas, toss with lemon juice. Reserve 1/2 cup whipped cream. Fold remaining whipped cream in to pudding mixture. Place 1/3 of the banana slices, 1/2 of vanilla wafers and 1/3 of banana pudding in a clear 3 qt. bowl. Top with the same procedure, chill, covered, for several hours or overnight. Before service, garnish with spoonfuls of reserved whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
