Cabbage, 1 gallon
Onions, 3 med.
Bell Peppers, 2
Salt, 1 tsp.
Black Pepper, 1 tsp.
Sugar, 3 c.
Red Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 c.
Mustard, 1 quart

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and bring to a boil. Add cabbage, onions, peppers - let boil 6 minutes. Drain slightly. Add mustard. Pack in hot jars and seal.
