Cabbage, 1 head
Bell Pepper, 1
Onion, 1
Ripe Tomato, 1
Salt, 1 tsp.
Sugar, 2 tsp.
Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage fine and finely chop other vegetables. Mix in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, sugar and black pepper. Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oil in large heavy skillet. Add vegetable and a 1/2 hot water. Stir well. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
