Potatoes, 2 c., raw, sliced
Ground Beef, 2 c.
Green Pepper, 1 c., minced
Onions, 1 c., sliced, raw
Tomatoes, 2 c., cooked
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, beef, onion to taste. Garnish with sliced green peppers. Cover, bake for 2 hours at 350º. Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste.

Granny Ham's hand written recipe didn't tell what to do with the tomatoes. I assume you can layer with the potatoes, beef and onion - or put them back in the cabinet for another recipe!
