1 lb fettuccine noodles
1/4 lb Prosciutto
1/4 lb. sweet butter, softened
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until Al dente, drain. Cut Prosciutto in 1-inch pieces; saute in butter; reserve. Cook peas; drain. Add with Prosciutto and butter to noodles. Toss well. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Toss well over low heat until thickened slightly.
