1 lb Ground Chuck
1 pkg Ore-Ida Frozen Mashed Potatoes
2 & 1/3 c Milk
1 tsp Minced Onions
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes in a casserole dish according to microwave directions on pkg. Brown beef and onions in skillet, then drain in colander and rinse with very hot water. Pour drained hamburger over potatoes and cover with cheese. Cover and bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
