1 refrigerated pie crust
1 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. frozen broccoli flowerettes, thawed
1 T onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie crust according to package directions for "filled one-crust pie" using 9" pie pan.
Heat over to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.

Note: Can substitute one 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli for frozen broccoli flowerettes. Can substitute any cheese of preference; Swiss cheese suggested.
