2 cups (eight ounces) uncooked macaroni
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten (or for creamier macaroni, substitute 4 ounces of cream cheese)
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
5 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated
Dash paprika
Dash ground black pepper

Boil macaroni for 6 minutes, drain. Combine milks, butter, eggs, spices, and 4 1/2 cups cheese and in crockpot. Add macaroni, and top with remaining cheese and paprika. Cook on low for 3 1/4 hours. Stir and serve.
