2/3 milk scalded
1 t sugar
1 pkg yeast
1/4 c warm water
4 egg yolks
34/ c butter
4 c flour
2 can cherry pie filling
Frosting (powdered sugar and milk)

Directions:
Directions:
add 1 t sugar to 2/3 c scalded milk. cook until lukewarm. dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1/4 very warm water.
add milk mixture and beat in 4 egg yolks.
cut 3/4 c butter into 4 c flour w/pastry blender.
beat in yeast mixture
divide dough in half
rollout half of dough to overlap edges of jelly roll pan
spread 2 cans cherry pie filling
roll out remaining dough and seal edges.
cover let rise for 1 hour
bake at 37t5 for 25-35 mins
frost
