2 scallions
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbl honey
1/4 soy sauce
handful of fresh cilantro
1 shot of gold tequila
1/2 olive oil
One lime and one lemon juiced
1 fresh jalapeno (seeded)
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs red chili flakes

Use with ~2 lbs of flank or skirt steak.

Combine all ingredients in blender except cilantro and chili flakes. Process for one minute till smooth then add chili flakes and cilantro. Pulse a few more times. In a 1 gallon zip top bag add marinade and meat. A few hours will do but in this case over night will be best. Grill on the hottest surface you can find (along with some onions and peppers) for two minutes a side rare and four minutes a side for medium. Wrap in aluminum foil to rest for ten minutes before cutting.
